Wash and Fold With Pickup and Delivery
Service Basics
Our pickup and delivery service operates during these hours: Friday - Tuesday from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and Wednesday & Thursday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. You can select available time slots when scheduling online.
No, you don't need to be home! Many customers arrange for contactless service. Simply provide instructions when scheduling about a secure, weather-protected place to leave/pick up your laundry bags (like a covered porch).

Pristine Laundry Services specializes exclusively in pickup and delivery service for maximum ease. We do not have a public laundromat facility for self-service or customer drop-offs.
How It Works & Scheduling
Scheduling is easy! The best way to schedule a pickup is online. You can also call us at (717) 884-9152 to arrange your service during business hours.
Please place your laundry in sturdy bags. Standard kitchen trash bags work well. If you have items needing special care (like stain treatment or delicate wash), please place them in a separate, clearly marked bag and note it during scheduling.
Our standard turnaround time is typically 48 hours (2 days). We also offer Next Day Service (for an additional $20) and Same Day Service (for an additional $30, available Wed/Thu with pickup scheduled by 1 PM). Please request these faster options by adding a note when scheduling your pickup online
Absolutely! You can specify preferences like water temperature, drying instructions (e.g., low heat), or request specific handling in the 'Special Instructions' section when scheduling online. Please be specific, especially if instructions apply only to certain items (which should ideally be bagged separately).
No, never. Your privacy and hygiene are important. Your laundry is always washed and dried in machines dedicated solely to your order, separate from all other customers.
You can easily manage your recurring schedule through your online account to skip or pause service when needed. You can also contact us directly with advance notice to make adjustments.
Services & Pricing
Our standard Wash and Fold service via pickup and delivery is priced per pound: $1.99/lb for One-Time service or $1.85/lb for Recurring (Weekly/Bi-Weekly) service.
Yes! Via our pickup and delivery model, we also offer Fold Only service ($1.25/lb with a $19.99 minimum charge) where we pick up your clean, dry clothes and fold them, and Wash No Fold service ($1.50/lb with a $39.99 minimum charge) where we wash and dry but return items unfolded.
For our Wash No Fold service there is a $39.99 minimum charge. For our Fold Only service, there is a $19.99 minimum charge. There is no minimum weight requirement for our standard Wash and Fold pickup service.
We use quality, professional-grade detergents and softeners to ensure your clothes come back clean and fresh.
Yes! We professionally clean comforters, quilts, blankets, pillows (no foam), dog beds, and bathmats via our pickup and delivery service at specific flat rates.
Yes, we offer a Stain Removal Treatment service for an additional $20. Please place items needing treatment in a separate, clearly marked bag and select this option or add a note when scheduling. While we employ effective techniques, we cannot guarantee complete removal of all set-in or difficult stains.
No contract is required for our One-Time / As Needed service! You can use our pickup and delivery whenever it suits you. If you opt for the discounted Recurring schedule, you can easily manage or pause it via your online account.
Payment is processed automatically after your order is completed and weighed, using a credit card securely stored in your online account when you sign up.
